1. Acceptance

By downloading or using PesticideLogs (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Is

PesticideLogs is a tool that helps you record, organize, and export your own pesticide application records and related information. It pre-loads commonly required record fields by state to make record-keeping easier.

Important — record-keeping aid only. PesticideLogs does not provide legal or regulatory advice, does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation, and does not file reports with any agency on your behalf. You are solely responsible for verifying your state and local requirements, keeping accurate records, and following the product label — the label is the law.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

The App includes a 15-day free trial of Pro features that begins when you first install the App. No payment information is required to start the trial.
After the trial, Pro features (PDF & CSV export, iCloud sync, custom fields, photos, label scanning, and ZIP export) require a “Pro” subscription of $1.99 per month. You can always continue to log and view your records for free.
The subscription is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renewals are handled entirely by Apple; we do not process or store payment details.

4. Your Data

Your records are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App is error-free or that the pre-loaded field sets are complete or current for every jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any regulatory penalty, fine, or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
