How do I export an inspector-ready PDF?

Open the Records tab, tap the share icon (top-left) and choose Export PDF, or open a single record and choose Export PDF from its menu. Your business details from Settings → Business Profile appear in the PDF header.

How does the free trial work?

You get 15 days of full Pro access the moment you install — no card required. After that you can keep logging and viewing records for free, or subscribe to Pro ($1.99/month) to keep export, iCloud sync, photos, custom fields, label scanning, and ZIP export.

Will my records sync across devices?

Yes — turn on iCloud Sync in Settings. Records sync privately through your own Apple ID. Restart the app after enabling it.

The required fields don't match my state. Can I change them?

Absolutely. In Settings → Customize Fields you can rename or hide any built-in field and add up to 20 of your own. The app is built so you can always match your jurisdiction's exact requirements.

Is my data private?

Completely. PesticideLogs collects nothing. Your records live on your device and, optionally, your own private iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.
